World Building
VINTAGE × NLE | Vintage House
A cultural hospitality concept translated into distinct room worlds, a cinematic experience and a digital presentation, connecting music, art, nostalgia, play and discovery within one Vintage House identity.

Inside the project
One location. Many worlds. A destination with its own memory.
The challenge
Make the destination tangible before the doors open.
Vintage House needed to feel like a place worth seeking out before a physical venue existed. The brief called for an approximately 5,000-square-foot commercial destination combining hospitality, music, art, entertainment and private gatherings. Each room needed an independent emotional identity while belonging to one coherent world.

The 90’s Room: culture remembered
Music portraits, gold records, stacked televisions and a plastic-wrapped sofa turn a shared cultural memory into a room identity.
The approach
Every room carries a different feeling.
IPXS organized the concept around a guest journey through arrival, cultural memory, play and discovery. The Lounge establishes intimacy through textured plaster, velvet and layered light. The 90’s Room turns music history and familiar objects into an atmosphere. The Game Room shifts the energy through arcade light and retro consoles. The Bodega closes the journey with retail, collectibles and the feeling of finding something unexpected.
The wider experience doctrine treats music as architecture, art as an evolving program, and hidden thresholds as invitations to explore. Lighting, sound, hosted rituals and materials establish the intended character of each room. International expansion is a design principle: preserve the core identity while allowing local culture to shape future locations.

The Game Room: a change of energy
Arcade light, cathode glow and low seating create a social space built around play, collecting and late-night discovery.
The result
The concept becomes a visible world.
The creative work makes the Vintage House concept visible through room imagery, a cinematic film and a branded digital presentation. Visitors can see how the environments differ, understand the story connecting them, and watch the film within the IPXS case study.
This is a concept and experience-design case study. The visuals communicate the intended venue atmosphere; they are not photographs of an operating location. Property acquisition, construction and a public opening are not claimed as completed outcomes.

The cinematic presentation brings the concept into motion. Play it here with sound to experience the intended atmosphere.
A closer look
Culture becomes a place you can feel.
Original project visuals show the distinct room identities. The cinematic film connects that atmosphere into a continuous viewing experience.

The Bodega concept brings retail, collectibles and discovery into the Vintage House guest journey.

The Lounge: the first invitation
Textured walls, collected objects and an intimate gathering establish the world’s opening tone: warm, lived-in and culturally alive.
